Nozzle Filling Compound

A range of Nozzle Filling Compound is being manufactured by us. The compound is available in granular form which is primarily used for preventing skulling, freezing and unwanted release of melted steel from the nozzle in addition to improving quality of ingot, easy passage of steel through mold. The compound helps in ensuring a good nozzle working. The compound manufactured by us is black in color and can effortlessly flow from one state to another. In addition to standard compound, Nozzle Filling Compound can be accessed in chromite, black and ladle to meet the demands of the steel industries working on a large scale. The compound is packaged in HDPE (High-density polyethylene) bags which makes sure that no infiltration or contamination takes place. The compound increases the life of nozzle and make them usable for a long passage of time.
